The Stanford Woodwind Quintet joins us again from their recent appearance on the Kindred Arts 2009-10 season. Those who were in attendance at that performance already know why this fine ensemble has been invited to help celebrate our 25th Anniversary Season. As one of America's most distinguished ensembles, the Stanford Woodwind Quintet unites five virtuoso performers, each renowned for solo work and chamber music collaboration. The members are all professors at Stanford University, and they perform in the San Francisco Opera Orchestra and Ballet Orchestra. Some are former members of the San Francisco, Los Angeles, and other major orchestras.
