Pumpkin Fair
This two-day event organized by the Manteca Sunrise Kiwanis celebrates Manteca being the Pumpkin Capital of the World. All little girls will love the Teddy Bear Tea, which is held May 31, 2008. The Best of Manteca

This Awards Celebration honors those businesses that have made a tremendous impact on the community this year with an evening to remember. This event includes over ninety categories, including the best restaurants, retail stores, and clergy within Manteca. Community members are able to vote for their favorite local businesses to make the “The Best of Manteca”! This event is hosted by the Manteca Convention and Visitors Bureau, the Manteca Chamber of Commerce and eManteca.

The winner of each category enjoys advertising for their business in visitors guides and website advertisement on the CVB and Chamber website for one year. They also receive a plaque and a window sticker to display in their business. For more information, call 209-823-7229.

Woman's Connection
